Special Programs

Kids Yoga

The Kids Yoga program is designed for children to have fun while practicing yoga, learning applicable skills that they can use everyday. Each week will offer a different theme oriented lesson, based on traditional yogic philosophy.  With age appropriate activities, children will enhance their physical, social, mental, and emotional development.

This one hour yoga class, inspired by an imaginative story, will incorporate basic introductory yoga stretches, relaxation techniques, guided imagery and meditation. Children will also be introduced to body awareness, anatomy, social consciousness and environmental appreciation. This class is taught by Debbie Smith. The Kids Yoga Sessions runs periodically on Saturdays from 11-12 pm. Stay tuned to the Workshops and Events page to keep updated on when sessions will run.

Karma Vinyasa Yoga

Join Amy Warcup for a Karma Vinyasa-Restorative Combo Yoga class. This 65-minute class is a donation-based class that supports local charities. The first 40-minutes includes a heat-building vinyasa practice, followed by 25 minutes of relaxing and opening restorative yoga.

Karma Vinyasa-Restorative is scheduled on one Friday of each month and will feature a different charity. The suggested donation is around $10-16, however no amount is too small. The class is from 6:30-7:35 pm and is taught by Amy Warcup and hands-on assistance with Katrina Butkas. Stay tuned to the Workshops and Events page to keep update on the next class. Hope to see you there! Namaste

Essential Oil Education
with Bernadette Glasgow
Young Living Essential Oils Educator

Bernadette Glasgow has over 8 years work and life experience in health and wellness training. She will be offering individual and group educational sessions and personal consults on how to incorporate YLTG essential oils into your daily life in order to achieve and maintain optimal well-being.

Bernie had served in the human service field for over 30 years with a BA in psychology and an AMI degree. Her main focus has always been to empower individual growth if it be with a toddler and/or senior citizen.  Bernie’s passion for YLTG essential oils is based on her own experiences and others in doing just that.  Bernie has found YLTG essential oils to be one of the most empowering tools in assisting a person in achieving optimal well-being in body, mind and spirit.

After educating herself through various Essential Oil trainings and certification courses and seeing first hand the positive difference, Bernie established Essential R & R, a sacred loft environment on Cayuga Lake where an individual would receive a personal consult and a raindrop. She later expanded Essential R & R and opened up a wellness center due to the growing interest in others wanting to learn more. Essential R & R Wellness Center served as a community center where not only education regarding YLTG essential oils took place, but one could learn about and experience other healing modalities, such as, yoga, dance and meditation.

Bernie provides 45-minute consultations for person’s interested in learning about the individual benefits of YLTG Essential Oils and other products that are beneficial for overall health and optimal well being.  Contact Bernie directly at 315-440-1551 for an individual consult tailored fit to yours or your family’s natural health care needs and be on the road to self-empowerment.
