Price and Payment

The Victor Yoga Studio offers a pay as you go program.

All classes are at a drop in rate of $10 per class.

Simply pay the instructor upon arrival.

 

Class Descriptions

Vinyasa Flow ~
Vinyasa (synchronized breath and movement) involves a series of flowing postures linked by the breath to stretch, detoxify, and strengthen the body and increase energy. Evening classes will start and end with a longer meditation.

Sunday 7pm Vinyasa Flow ~
This is a non-heated class that will include a 15 minute meditation to start seated and end supine. Flow in between will depend on the energy of the class.

Monday and Friday 9:30am Heated Vinyasa Flow ~ 
These morning yoga sessions will be more asana or movement based with less silent, still meditation than evening classes. Flow depending on energy of the class.

Thursday 7pm Heated Vinyasa Flow ~
A more heated, vigorous practice with 15 minute meditation pre and post asana.

Beginner Vinyasa Flow ~ 
Even if you are not new to Vinyasa Flow you will benefit from this class. There will be 15 min pre and post asana meditation, with a little bit of heat. In this shorter class we will break down at least one or 2 flow sequences used in my other classes.

Yoga Bootcamp ~ 
This class combines yoga, strength training, cardio, and plyometrics. It is great for anyone looking to meet their fitness goals or improve their yoga practice. This class is 1 hr long.

Kripalu Yoga ~
Kripalu Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga using inner focus, meditation, standard yoga poses, breathwork, development of a quiet mind, and relaxation. Kripalu emphasizes following the flow of prana, or life-force energy, compassionate self-acceptance, observing the activity of the mind without judgment, and taking what is learned into daily life.

Hatha Flow Basic ~
Breath-coordinated movements are introduced to warm up and stretch the body. Yoga poses are taught in a Iyengar yoga style, with particular emphasis on proper physical alignment and development of postures with the use of props. Perfect for both the new and experienced yoga practitioner.

Yoga Basics ~
Learn the fundamentals of yoga with other newcomers and practice in a safe, supportive environment. The focus will be on alignment with instruction given with each pose. There will be time for all your questions. So, come, de-stress, and have some fun!

Hatha Yoga ~
A mixed level Iyengar inspired class open to practitioners from those new to yoga to those looking to deepen the core of their practice. Students will experience poses designed to stretch and release the spine as well as tone and stretch the body. In addition, students will practice poses and breathing techniques to calm and restore the central nervous system in a way that is effortless. Adjustments and modifications of classical postures will allow students of all levels to experience the benefits of yoga regardless of strength or flexibility. Each class will engage the space for awareness and relaxation to honor the heart of yoga.

Kripalu Yoga ~

Get up & Go ~
Get your day off to a great start with this 45 minute gentle yoga class. Stretching, strengthening, breath work and meditation are all included to energize the body and focus the mind. Leave feeling refreshed, invigorated and ready to embrace the day. Please Note: This is a 45-minute class, so pricing for drop in is $12 per class and an 8-class pack is $80.
